Egg White English Muffin



Egg White English Muffin

This is a great breakfast to serve your family, friends or yourself.

Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
1 Slice Canadian Bacon
Butter
Colby Jack Cheese
Half of an English Muffin

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

For this recipe I used an Ezekiel 4:9 English Muffin


Toast half of the English Muffin while you prep your eggs. Saute the 2 egg whites in a pan with a little butter.

Toast your muffins according your desired level of crisp.

Take a piece of tin foil and place it in a baking dish and drizzle just a little peanut oil on the tin foil about the size of your English muffin.

Take the muffin out of the toaster and place in your tin foil lined baking dish.

Add a slice of Canadian bacon and then add the cheese on top and place into the oven to melt the cheese.
